WW2 German Fuze: AZ38St

Offered for sale here is a 1944 dated, German A.Z.38 St. 'Aufschlagzunder 38 Stahl' mechanical impact fuze used in hollow-charge projectiles. Measures about 46mm in length. 

This is the steel version of the fuze which is longer and has different shape to the more usual smaller aluminium version. The steel cap has perforations and some filler but the fuze is still sound with perfect threads. Stamped markings on the fuze body read 'AZ38St 44 ccv 28 WaA'. 

Condition as per images. Perfect for completing a projectile/round in your collection or as a 'stand-alone' example of this fuze type. Unfortunately packet will be thicker than 25mm so P&P using RM Tracked 48 to a Mainland UK postcode address will be £4.50.
